I thought I would share a few pictures of my newly finished craft room It’s a bit cramped, but I’ve managed to fit everything
Good morning, Oddies! Alexis here bringing you this week’s snowy new Digi release! Here in Florida, we don’t get a lot of (any) snow, and this makes it really hard to be as big a fan of Frozen as I am…so I was super pleased when Kristy made the Snow Queen Piper Digi stamp! She’s pretty fab in her furs and her sparkly dress and flowing coat. I kind of want to be here. But alas, I’ll just need to content myself with coloring her!
She’s very icy and regal and I added some sparkly crystal snow flourishes around the card and tried to make it very wintery. Since it’s already hot here in Tampa, I’m going to hoard this card away for my Christmas stash, because let’s face it, who doesn’t need to get an early start on their holiday cards?!
If you’re looking for more inspiration, the Odd Girls have done amazing things with this gorgeous girl! Check out these blogs to see what they’ve done with Snow Queen Piper:
I hope you enjoyed this week’s release and stay tuned next week for a very special blog hop. As we near the end of March, we’re approaching the end of this term and to celebrate, we’ll be posting up some of our favorite creations throughout the term and giving you all a chance to win our favorite Digis! Sounds pretty fun, right?
I’m kind of obsessed with Frozen…still…so I loved this Snow Queen Piper image. Her gown and coat is so much fun to color and I added some fun little crystal sequin flourishes to the card. Since it’s not even remotely cold here in Florida, I’m definitely hoarding this card for Christmas, because let’s face it, who couldn’t use a head start on holiday cards?!
The image is colored in Copics and the papers were leftovers from December’s paper stash, so this was a simple and fun card to put together. I wish the glitter in her dress showed up more in the photo…but I’m working on that
